Managing Your Subscription

How to upgrade, downgrade, cancel, and manage billing for your Two Minute Reports plan.

Access the Accounts Portal at hub.twominutereports.com to manage your team, plan, and subscription details. This guide covers upgrading, downgrading, canceling subscriptions, and managing billing information.

Accessing the Accounts Portal

  1. Sign in to hub.twominutereports.com using the email address associated with your account
  2. Select Google Sheets from the available applications (the Accounts Portal is the same regardless of whether you use Google Sheets or Looker Studio as your destination)
  3. Choose your Team name
  4. Navigate to the Subscription section

Upgrade or Downgrade Your Plan

Upgrade to a Higher Plan

  1. Click the Current Plan card showing your existing subscription
  2. Click Edit Subscription
  3. Click Change
  4. Select the plan you want to upgrade to from the product dropdown
  5. Select your preferred billing frequency (Monthly or Yearly)
  6. Click Update
  7. Click Update Subscription to confirm
When upgrading, you'll only pay the prorated difference for the remainder of your current billing cycle.

Downgrade to a Lower Plan

  1. Click the Current Plan card
  2. Click Edit Subscription
  3. Click Change
  4. Select the plan you want to downgrade to from the product dropdown
  5. Select your preferred billing frequency
  6. Click Update
  7. Click Update Subscription to confirm
Downgrading may limit your team members and account capabilities. Review plan limits before confirming a downgrade.

Cancel Your Subscription

  1. Click the three dots (⋮) menu in the Current Plan section
  2. Click Cancel Subscription
  3. Select a cancellation reason from the options provided
  4. Click Next
  5. Enter any feedback about your experience (optional)
  6. Click Next
  7. Review the cancellation details and click Cancel Subscription to confirm
  8. You'll receive a confirmation modal upon successful cancellation
You can still request a free trial extension by contacting [email protected] after cancellation if you need more time to evaluate the service.

Update Billing Information

Update Your Billing Address

  1. From the Subscription details page, click Billing & Shipping Address
  2. Update the necessary fields with your correct billing and shipping address information
  3. Click Update

Update Your Payment Method

  1. From the Subscription details page, click Payment Methods
  2. Select your preferred payment method:
  • Credit Card: Enter your card details
  • PayPal: Authorize via PayPal
  1. Click Add to save the payment method
Ensure your payment method is valid and up-to-date to avoid billing delays or service interruptions.

Download Invoices

  1. From the Subscription details page, click Billing History
  2. Select the subscription plan for which you want to download an invoice
  3. Click Download to save the invoice

Manage Team Users and Permissions

Add a Team Member

  1. Scroll down to the Teams section in the Accounts Portal
  2. Click the blue + User button on the team you own
  3. Enter the team member's email address (the email they use to log into Google/Looker Studio)
  4. Select their Role - this determines their access level

Role Types

Team-Level Roles control account management access:

  • View: Can only view the TMR Accounts Portal
  • Manage: Can add, edit, and delete users in the Accounts Portal

Spreadsheet-Level Roles control what users can do with Queries and Data Sources:

  • Viewer: Can only view queries and data sources
  • Editor: Can view and edit queries and data sources
  • Owner: Can view, edit, and delete queries and data sources
  1. Click OK to add the user

Remove or Edit Team Members

  1. In the Teams section, locate the user you want to modify
  2. Click the edit or delete option next to their name to update their permissions or remove them from the team
Removing a team member will revoke their access to all team resources. This action cannot be undone.

View Plan and Subscription Details

Your Current Plan section displays:

  • Your current plan type (Lite, Basic, Pro, Business)
  • Subscription status
  • Number of users included
  • Renewal date
  • Accounts per connector limit

Click Manage at the top to modify any of these details through the Subscription management page.
