Installation Guide
Installing Two Minute Reports in Google Sheets is quick and easy. Follow these simple steps to get started with automated data reporting.
Prerequisites
- You must have a Google account with access to Google Sheets
- Administrator access to your Google Workspace (if using a corporate account)
- An active Two Minute Reports account (you can start with a free 14-day trial)
Installation Steps
Open the Add-ons Menu
Sign in to your Google Sheets with your Gmail ID. Click Extensions in the top menu bar, then select Add-ons, and choose Get add-ons.
Search for Two Minute Reports
In the Google Workspace Marketplace, search for "Two Minute Reports" and locate the official TMR add-on.
Install the Add-on
Click the Install button to begin the installation process.
Grant Permissions
Review the permissions dialog that appears. Click Allow to grant the necessary permissions.
Launch TMR
After installation completes, return to your Google Sheets and click Extensions again. Select Two Minute Reports from the menu and click Launch to open the TMR sidebar.
Verify Installation
Once the sidebar opens, you should see the TMR dashboard with sections for:
- Connections - Where you connect your data sources
- Data Queries - Where you define which data to pull
- Schedule Reports - Where you set up automated refreshes
You're now ready to connect your first data source and start creating reports!
