Quick Start
Connect your first data source and pull a report into Google Sheets or Looker Studio in minutes with Two Minute Reports.
Get up and running with Two Minute Reports in three steps: install, connect, and query.
Step 1: Install Two Minute Reports
- Open a Google Sheets spreadsheet
- Go to Extensions → Add-ons → Get add-ons
- Search for Two Minute Reports and click Install
- Grant the requested permissions when prompted
No installation needed — Two Minute Reports connects directly to Looker Studio as a partner connector. You'll access it when creating a report.
Step 2: Connect a Data Source
- Go to https://hub.twominutereports.com/connections
- Click New Connection
- Select the connector you want (e.g. Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Shopify)
- Authorize access with your account credentials
- Enable the accounts you want to report on
You only need to create a connection once per platform. The same connection can be used across multiple reports and queries.
Step 3: Pull Your First Report
- Open your Google Sheet and click the Two Minute Reports sidebar (Extensions → Two Minute Reports → Open)
- Go to Data Queries and click Add
- Select your connected account
- Choose your metrics, dimensions, and date range
- Click Run Query — your data will populate directly into the sheet
- Go to your connector's Looker Studio page (e.g.
https://hub.twominutereports.com/looker-studio/gadwfor Google Ads) - Click + Create Report
- Create or select a query config, then click Save
- Choose Create report from scratch or pick a template
- Click Connect and start building your dashboard
