Choosing Your Destination
Understand the difference between Google Sheets and Looker Studio and decide which destination is right for you.
When you sign up for Two Minute Reports, you choose one destination - Google Sheets or Looker Studio. This destination is included in your base plan at no extra cost. You can add the second destination later as a paid add-on.

When to choose Google Sheets
- You already use Google Sheets for reporting and want to add live data to existing spreadsheets
- Your workflow involves formulas, VLOOKUP, pivot tables, or custom calculated columns
- You want to schedule automated email reports with PDF or Excel attachments
- You need to combine data across sources in a single spreadsheet
When to choose Looker Studio
- You want to build interactive, visual dashboards for clients or stakeholders
- You need drag-and-drop chart building without touching a formula
- You want to share a live report URL that updates automatically
- You need to blend data across multiple connectors in a single chart
Can I use both?
Yes. Every plan includes one destination. If you need both Google Sheets and Looker Studio, you can add the second destination as an add-on. See Destination Add-on for pricing and how to add it.
You select your destination when you first sign up. To switch or add the second destination later, go to your account settings.
