Common Issues at a Glance
Not Seeing Any Data?
Check if the correct account is connected, the date range has data, and there are no API errors. See No Data in Reports.
Getting a Permission Error?
This usually means you're trying to access a report that belongs to a different team. See Permission Denied Errors.
Charts Are Breaking?
Your data source may have been disconnected or your metrics/dimensions are incompatible. See Missing Data Source or System Errors.
Authentication Failed?
Your account credentials may have expired or your password changed. See Token Expiration and Authentication.
